Alissa Pine works as a Behavioral Health Technician at The Haven Detox, a Lacey, Washington detox facility. Alissa’s decision to apply to Royal was based on her empathy and compassion for individuals seeking help. Growing up, Alissa witnessed her family struggling with addiction and struggling to get the help they required. As a result, she knows what it means to actually be there for friends and family that need support from an early age. When she first started working for Royal, Alissa had no idea what she was getting herself into. Since the beginning, she has witnessed every employee’s dedication to the guests in our programs. She believes that “Because We Care” is not only our slogan but the truth of everyone who works here. It is a mission in which we firmly believe.
