During the phone call with admissions, you’ll answer a series of pre-screening questions. Based on your responses, our staff will create a file on your treatment needs. You’ll then discuss your mental state and any medical conditions with them while exploring payment options such as insurance or self-pay.

After, you will receive assistance in selecting the level of care to best meet your needs and goals.
As we gain a comprehensive understanding of your clinical needs, we will provide guidance in determining which facility will help you achieve your goals for recovery. Our addiction specialists will guide you through the process, and our admissions team will be on hand to review every detail of your file and answer all of your questions.

Then, our admissions team will work with you to coordinate a date and time to admit into treatment.
Upon reviewing your treatment plan outline, our admissions team will collaborate with you to select an admission date that works for you. Afterward, we will schedule your admission date and arrival time, providing assistance as needed.
