We offer a comprehensive menu of services tailored around our company philosophy, Because We Care. At Royal Life Centers at the Haven, we observe medication-assisted detox protocol to treat addiction to alcohol, opiates, benzodiazepines, methamphetamines, and cocaine.
We follow our 4-day or 8-day medical detox with a customized, biopsychosocial approach to substance abuse treatment. Our medical staff is available 24/7 to monitor guests throughout the detoxification process, ensuring safety and comfort.

Our treatment experience is collaborative and holistic, ensuring comprehensive healing for the body, mind, and spirit. Detox Services
Medication-assisted detox services provide vital support during the withdrawal process and serve as the crucial first step toward recovery. At Royal Life Centers, our comprehensive medical detox program starts with a thorough clinical assessment, followed by a personalized treatment plan approved by our expert physicians. Our range of services ensures safe and effective treatment for individuals with substance use disorders. We specialize in medical detoxification for various substance dependencies.

As an alternative option, we offer an observational detox service that serves as a monitoring period for guests who do not require medical taper assistance. This service ensures careful surveillance while maintaining the original purpose.
Residential Inpatient Services
Our residential inpatient services serve as ongoing care following the completion of our detox program. During the inpatient program, you will engage in five intensive therapy sessions each day. Additionally, you will have weekly one-on-one sessions with your primary therapist to assess your progress in recovery.
Individual therapy proves highly beneficial to many individuals, which is why our guests also have access to a mental health counselor. Our mental health counselors are available for private sessions to collaborate with guests according to their preferences. For example, guests may choose to participate in daily individual therapy sessions or alternate days throughout the week.
Residential inpatient treatment represents our most comprehensive program, aimed at uncovering the underlying causes of substance abuse and providing treatment. Throughout the entire inpatient program, our medical staff provides round-the-clock supervision. As part of our residential treatment services, physicians and therapists work diligently to ensure your comfort and provide you with the highest level of care possible.
Aftercare Services
After completing our detox and inpatient services, you can smoothly transition into our comprehensive 12-week aftercare program. Designed to provide you with the right balance of freedom and responsibility as you progress, Royal’s step-down program ensures a structured and supportive approach to your recovery.
Our 12-week program begins with the partial hospitalization program (PHP), which is the most intensive phase. After four weeks in PHP, you then transition into our intensive outpatient program (IOP). The IOP consists of two 4-week phases aimed at helping you build on the skills acquired during inpatient treatment and PHP.
During the first phase of the IOP, there are more clinical requirements, while the second and final phase of the 12-week program entails therapy three times a week. Scheduling is flexible, allowing you the necessary time and freedom to engage with the local community as you transition back into society. By this point in the program, you will have gained experience participating in off-campus 12-step meetings, and fostering strong relationships with peers and sponsors in the recovery community.
Throughout this aftercare phase, you’ll receive valuable clinical guidance and peer support to navigate challenges and situations. Your accommodations will be in our sober living residences, which consist of well-appointed houses or apartments depending on the location. In these supportive environments, you’ll have the opportunity to practice and refine your life skills while embracing the sense of belonging to a community.

Outpatient Services
At Royal, we provide a range of treatment programs, with our outpatient program (OP) being the most flexible and least restrictive option. While it’s not mandatory, many of our guests progress through our higher levels of care, such as inpatient and aftercare, before transitioning into the outpatient program. For example, if you’re moving from our 12-week program to OP, the transition will be seamless as you enter a less structured program.
In addition to our 12-week program, we also offer sober living residences for guests in the outpatient program. Depending on the location, these residences can either be homes or apartments, complete with a 24-hour support staff and various amenities. Although residing in our sober living residences is recommended, it’s not mandatory. Therefore, you have the option to attend our outpatient program while living at home. Our sober living residences offer amenities like flat-screen TVs in spacious living rooms and bedrooms, in-unit washer and dryer, a resource room with laptops and printers, and free Wi-Fi.
For Washington residents, we provide our outpatient program through telehealth. Feel free to contact us for more details, and we’ll assist you in getting started. If you’re a resident of Arizona, we offer telehealth services for residential inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient programs.

They will also provide invaluable assistance with employment-related tasks.
For example, if you need an approved leave of absence from work, our case managers can assist you in submitting FMLA paperwork. Additionally, during the aftercare phase, you will have the opportunity to participate in workshops focused on enhancing your resume and interview skills. If you are actively seeking employment, our case managers will also help you with your job search within the local community.

Nutritional Health Services

Throughout your stay in our medical detox, residential inpatient, and inpatient programs, our skilled chefs will prepare three delicious and nourishing meals daily. Treatment Amenities
Our services extend beyond detox, therapy, and case management to also include a nutritional program. Our in-house chef is here to meet the needs of guests and prepares three wholesome meals a day. Snacks and beverages are available to guests 24 hours a day.
We pride ourselves on maintaining an intimate facility that never feels like a hospital. Our welcoming, open spaces feature common areas, plasma TVs, Xbox consoles, and a variety of games.
